Most Las Vegas strip clubs sit a few minutes west of the Strip on Sammy Davis Jr Drive, Highland Drive and Western Avenue. Two things matter more here than anywhere else: whether the club is topless with a bar or fully nude without one, and how you get there, because clubs reward their own free rides and charge more if you arrive by taxi or rideshare. Each pick below was checked against the club's own website and at least one independent source, and each comes with the reason it made the list.

Sammy Davis Jr Drive, west of the Strip
Billed as the largest gentlemen's club in the world at more than 70,000 square feet, with its own pool and day club and sports-viewing events. Topless with a full bar, 21+, open 6pm to 4am, with free transport from Strip and downtown hotels.

North Las Vegas
The only club in the area licensed for full nudity and alcohol together, a license that predates Clark County's 1995 rule change. In North Las Vegas, 21+; the $36 cover is waived if you use its free transport.
Western Avenue, behind Circus Circus
Fully nude, alcohol-free and open to guests from 18, behind Circus Circus. It opens at 11am Monday to Saturday; an online entry ticket is $45.

In Clark County, topless clubs can hold a liquor license but fully nude clubs can't. Because they serve no alcohol, fully nude clubs can admit guests from 18, while clubs with a bar are 21+ (Las Vegas Advisor). So the big names near the Strip (Sapphire, Scores, Treasures, Déjà Vu) are topless with full bars, and Little Darlings is fully nude, alcohol-free and 18+.
The exception is the Palomino in North Las Vegas. It was licensed before the county amended its ordinance on July 19, 1995, and is still fully nude with a full bar (21+). Our guide to how strip clubs work explains why these rules change from place to place.
Las Vegas clubs have long paid limo and cab drivers for bringing customers, up to $100 a head according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal and "up to $120 per head" in a 2010 Las Vegas Sun report. That's why a driver may try to steer you to a different club from the one you asked for.

Crazy Horse 3 on Russell Road shut without notice on August 11, 2026; management called the closure temporary (Las Vegas Review-Journal). We'll list it again once it reopens and we can verify its hours. Centerfolds on Paradise Road closed in April 2025 (Review-Journal).

Most big Las Vegas clubs are topless, because Clark County doesn't allow alcohol where dancers are fully nude. Fully nude clubs such as Little Darlings serve no alcohol. The Palomino in North Las Vegas is the one club that is fully nude with a bar.
